The design experiments with the mix of old and new materials. It also serves to represent the cultural fusion of two arts: Swiss watchmaking and Chinese calligraphy. The exquisite brushwork is done by Singapore calligrapher Clarence Wee on a human-sized canvas, then miniaturised for the dial. 30 pieces made.
